Georgia's Deputy Prime Minister Hosted Owner of a Large Investment Fund from Bulgaria

Tsvetelina Borislavova, the   owner of one of the largest investment funds in Bulgaria “Clever Synergies Investment Fund”, has been in a business trip in Georgia on July 14-16. The guest  from Bulgaria was  hosted by Georgia's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development George Kvirikashvili. During the visit, Tsvetelina Borislavova familiarized with the port infrastructure, as well as the country's tourism potential.
 
 The Bulgarian tycoon met with the government and business circles, including representatives of the tourism industry. At the meeting, the possibility to  increase the frequency of ferry  communication  between the Georgian and Bulgarian ports was also discussed. It was noted that the Georgian carriers will be able to use the services of  BACB corporation's large logistics centers, one of which is located in the Balkans. The parties also touched on  the issue of  direct air communication between Georgia and Bulgaria.
 
As George Kvirikashvili noted, the holding also includes a travel agency, which owns several resorts in Bulgaria.
 
Clever Synergies Investment Fund specializes in acquisition and restructuring of distressed companies. The fund invests in innovative technologies and nature friendly industries like production of energy from renewable energy sources like wind, water, and biomass; tourism. It also invests in development of greenfield projects.
