Two Towers to be Built in Tbilisi

 The investment cost of the project carried out by "Orbi Group" and "Block Invest" totals $ 140 million

 

Construction of  another large-scale multi-functional complex also starts in Tbilisi. "Orbi Group" and "Block Invest" are  expected to launch the project in  the former building of the blood transfusion center next year. The head of " Block Invest " states "Commersant" that the building of the blood transfusion center in owned by the company for several years and it was decided carry out  a new project jointly with "Orbi Group".

 

In Tornike  Janashvili’s words, the building will be demolished and replaced with two towers built on the area of  120 thousand square meters  that will be multi-functional  and will include  several hotels,  commercial spaces  and an apart hotel. Janashvili says that construction is expected to start next year. At this stage the engineering process is underway. As for the alleged managers of the hotels, this  question is not considered yet. The investment cost of the project is $ 140 million and both companies are involved in the project 50-50 percent.

 

 

"Orbi Group" is the first company in Georgia, which began the construction of apart-hotels. The company owns the apart hotels in Batumi and Bakuriani. "Block Invest" at this point is carrying out  a number of hotel projects,  including "Park Inn" and "Golden Tulip" hotel projects.
