Real estate company "Orbi Group" in 2016  plans to  create  and develop infrastructure in the regions of  Svaneti and Khevsureti.  As the company's managing director  Irakli Kverghelidze states,  at this point there is no specific information while the concept is under development.

"Orbi" scheduled   the  regions development for this year, although the company's director informs  it could not be finished in 2015 and its implementation will begin next year.

In these regions, the company plans to build aparthotels as well. "Orbi Group" owns hotels in Batumi and Bakuriani. One square meter price in Orbi Palas located in Bakuriani and Orbi Residence in Batumi  ranges from  $ 900 to 3 thousand.
