Georgian  Association of Realtors is working  on the creation of  a real estate catalog.

The Association  Board member states to  "Commersant" that the Association is working for 6 months on classification and creation of the database. According to Mariam Asatiani, there is no clear-cut  idea about the country's private sector on  various markets just due to the lack of  such a base.

In Asatiani’s words,  today there is no united base of realtors. The Association is working on its creation  and then the base will be integrated into international markets. She notes that  work on the project will be completed in several months, an agreement was reached with 40 companies and at the stage the software is being written. The  Association of  Realtors believes that this  base will allow  to have a clear-cut picture about the Georgian  real estate on the international markets.
