"Titan City" to be Built on One Million Square Meters in Martkopi

In the village  of Martkopi  in Gardabani municipality  "Titan City" is planned to be built  which includes household and retail zones. A private company representing  the consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield at the Silk Road Forum  submitted a  corresponding  business proposal.


According to the project, the area of one million square meters should be developed in Martkopi. It is noted that Martkopi has a strategic location and is close to the road networks.

 

Part of the land is leased where the service center is arranged, the second part was bought by the German company "Henkel".

The project authors write that "Henkel" plant may be a sort of push for arrangement of wholesale centers. The project will be carried out  in 5 stages. The total investment cost is  $ 295 million. A private company was founded in 2010 and purchased 100 hectares of land in Gardabani.
