Business Tower Built by Iranian Investor to be Opened in Tbilisi in November

A business tower built by the Iranian investor  in  the center of the capital will be opened in November. The works were carried out by "Green Way" company.

A representative of the company states  "Commersant" that at this stage the inner works are underway  as well as outer facades will be  completed in a week.

 

Revaz Khutsiani cannot name the exact amount of investment, but says that  a lot of money was spent on the project.


According to him, 29 office spaces will be accommodated in a nine-storey building with minimum area of ??50 square meters. The cost of one square meter will start from $  24.

 

On the first two floors of the building a  large object, hypermarket, bank branch or the brand store will be located.
