The first branded  hotel will  begin operations in Kutaisi in 2017. A three-star hotel "Best Western"  is a joint project of the Partnership  Fund (PF)  and the local  company "Capital Holding" (49% and 51% respectively).

"This  hotel will be relatively small but enough for  a city like Kutaisi. The total investment cost of the project is $  3 million", - Natia Turnava,  Deputy Director of the Partnership Fund, says.

The  hotel will be located  in the historical center of the capital  and will consist of  40 standard rooms and 5 luxury room. The hotel  facilities will  include 3 conference rooms, indoor and outdoor cafes and restaurants.

Construction of the hotel began this  summer. "Best Western" will start operating in 2017.
