Works on the beautification  of the hotel based on the Knight in the Panther's Skin will commence in  a week.

A representative of the  Israel-Georgia Business  Chamber which is engaged in the project says  that the competition for the hotel design was announced in November and aroused great interest.

In addition, he says that  none of the applications have turned out to be perfect, as the authors wanted, so at this stage the architect is working on the projects. The hotel’s beautification will  start in a week as the  hotel is scheduled to open in April 2016. 

The project is carried out by the Israel-Georgia Business Chamber. The hotel will be  located on Freedom Square.

On competition conditions, the design idea should be based on the Knight in the Panther's Skin, quotes  from a poem in 3 languages ??(English, Hebrew and English) should be used in exterior and interior design. The library with old books will be arranged in the hotel lobby. Winners will receive cash prizes.

It will be a 4-5-star boutique hotel and will focus  mainly on VIP tours from Israel. The hotel will consist of 15 rooms, 30 people will be employed during construction, while after  the opening -  20 people.. The investment  cost of  the project is  $ 5 million.
