Arab Company Plans to Build Green City in Tbilisi Suburbs

Green Valley International Real Estate Group,  one of the largest real estate company in the United Arab Emirates, intends to implement a 137-million project in Georgia. The Green Valley City project  will be located on 88 thousand square meters, 35% of the area will be covered with  the forest. The company’s statement says that the new project will serve the company's efforts to expand its activities in the country's rapidly expanding real estate market.

 

 

The Green Valley City  project will be implemented  in the area of ??the green line in Tbilisi suburb of Tabakhmela. The project includes 10 buildings, a total of 510 housing departments, studio, one and two-room apartments. There will also be a private residential zone with luxury villas. The Arab company explains that  high-quality recreational services will be introduced in the  Green Valley City, the project includes a swimming pool, football, basketball, tennis courts, public gardens and children's areas, Turkish baths, a supermarket, luxury restaurants, cafes and retail facilities.

 

According to the company’s  General Manager Ali Saeed Al Salami, Georgia is one of the attractive destinations in Europe for real estate development due to  natural environment, social and economic stability, infrastructure and attractive initiatives, such as the tax system as well as  the strategic location, the country’s closeness to the Arab world. According to the project,  the prices will start from $ 45 thousand.
