Construction company “Elzuro" is making  adjustments to theinvestment plans after  the construction on Peking Avenue broke down. The company wanted  to build a 10-storey complex in place of a kindergarten.

However, due to the public protest, the  City Hall allocated to the company  an alternative space on Gorgasali  Street. Representative of the company Marine Tlashadze  tells "Commersant" that work on the project will be completed in  2 weeks. In her words, changes in  the project were caused by  twice larger area allocated by Tbilisi City Hall.

As a result, along with the 10-storey residential complex,  additional infrastructure will be built that  led to changes in the investment value of the project which initially amounted to   15-16 million
