A number of   luxury hotels will open in Tbilisi next year. A 7-star hotel "Millennium Biltmore"  is due for completion in January . "Millennium" hotel of so high  class is situated  in the United State, California. "Dhabi Group" invests $ 140 million in the   project. A 5-star hotel "Rixos" will be launched in December 2016.

According to  the  Israel-Georgia Chamber of Business involved  in the project,  the construction work has been completed and currently facade works are underway. "Intercontinental" hotel will also open in 2016. "Adjara  Group"  brought  the brand in Georgia  and is carrying out repair works in the building of the publishing  house "Samshoblo ". The hotel  worth  $ 55 million will include   205 suites.
