Turkish "Divan Group", which in 2014 opened the hotel in Batumi, plans to carry out other projects as well. The hotel's general manager told "Adjara Business Week" , however, he refrained from revealing details at this stage. In his words, the company's objective is to provide maximum comfort to clients.
The network of hotels united in Koc Holding, the major industrial group of Turkey, is developing Divan Group hotels all over the world.
The investor has rented the site for the hotel construction from a private owner for a period of 20 years. The investment value of the four-floor hotel Divan Batumi with 65 suites is 10 million USD.
