The construction of  a 33-storey luxury residential high-rise  "Didube  Tower",  which pretends  to be one of the highest  in the capital , is underway on Tsereteli Avenue of the Georgian capital.

A representative of  the project implementing company "Royal Group" says  that the quality of construction meets  high standards. According to him, a swimming pool, gym and spa  will be located on the 22nd  floor of the complex while in the first four floors - commercial spaces and a shopping center  where the well-known brands, including "Carrefour", will be represented .  

The project involves the construction of residential homes, while the price per square meter starts from $ 1300. "Royal Group" has intensified its  activity  on the market for several months. The company has 12 ongoing and completed projects.

"Didube  Tower" is scheduled to  be completed  in December 2018.
