The development Company "Orbi Group" plans to build aparthotels in the regions of Savneti and Khevsureti in the current year as well as to launch a new project in Tbilisi. The company refrains from talking about additional details as personnel changes are underway at the company and action plans are under discussion. They explain that the company has delayed projects for some time because of the share distribution.
"Orbi" planned to carry out the development of the regions in 2015. The company owns hotels in Batumi and Bakuriani. One square meter in "Orbi palace " located in Bakuriani and "Orbi Residence" in Batumi costs 900 - 3 thousand dollars.
At the same time, "Orbi Group” plans to implement a joint project with "Block Invest" company, namely to build two towers in place of the blood transfusion center in Tbilisi.
