The investment company "Block Invest" jointly with "Orbi Group" launches  one of the most large-scale projects in Tbilisi.

Tornike Janashvili, the head of the  Investment Department at  Block Inves, told  "Commersant" that a 1 500- room apart-hotel is planned to be built in the place of  the blood transfusion institute located on  Kazbegi Avenue.

At the moment the building is being demolished and in  3 months the construction work will begin. The  apart-hotel concept will be similar to the projects carried out by "Orbi Group", a total of 140 million dollars will be invested in it.
