Mirza-Shafi project is expected to start  in March of the current year.

 

A founder of "Capital Partners of Georgia"  company carrying out the project told  "Commersant". In Giorgi Svanidze’s words, a detailed architectural drawing that is being developed  will be completed in a month and the project will be submitted to  the City Hall for permit. The construction company will be selected via a tender. Svanidze notes  that  a total of  60 million dollars will be invested in  the project .

 

The new project includes  the construction of  24- storey terraced buildings, business centers, boutique-hotels as well as a variety of cultural houses and exhibition halls.
