"Metro Avrasya Georgia" subsidiaries intend to invest more than $ 150 million in Georgia.

The company’s marketing manager  told BPN that the company would  build residential apartments, two hotels, a conference room for 1 500 persons and the casino on the area of  4 thousand square meters in Batumi. According to the manager,  "Metro Atlas Georgia", which is  "Metro Avrasya Georgia" subsidiary, is carrying out  "Metro City Batumi" project which will be completed on July 1, 2016 as well as  "Euphoria" hotel with   the biggest conference room in Georgia.

 "Metro Avrasya Georgia" owns  a 50% stake in  "Intourist Batumi" and intends to carry out its  reconstruction to turn the hotel  into  a world -class boutique hotel.
