"Gallery Tbilisi " shopping complex is actively searching for the brands - "Commersant" was told by the managing director of the real estate consulting company "COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL Georgia. Irakli Kilauridze doesn’t specify the brands which will start operating in the complex . However, he notes that it will be the brands which are not yet represented on the Georgian market . Kilauridze says that "Gallery Tbilisi " will be opened in September 2017, but during this year they will conclude contracts with all the brands.
The construction work in the old department store building began in the summer of the previous year. The Georgian Co-Investment Fund (GCF) sold the building to a Dutch investment group Doryphore Investment BV last April where a modern, A-class shopping center is planned to be placed. The total investment cost of the project reaches $ 70 million.
Construction works will be completed in the summer of 2017. The company announced the launch of the project was announced back in 2007, but the project has been suspended for several years.
"COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL Georgia" is advising the Georgian co-investment fund on the development and leasing agency on exclusive basis of a Shopping Mall located in Tbilisi city center.
