A leading global commercial real estate company "COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL Georgia" will work on development of the architectural concept of reconstruction of the sanatorium "Meshakhte" located in the resort of Tskaltubo.

 

The Economy Ministry sold the sanatorium to "KPB Tbilisi" company  for  $ 2 million 500 thousand. The investor has the obligation to build a 100 room hotel with 5 Star facilities within 3 years after the  contract is signed.

 

"COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL GEORGIA" managing Director  states  the radio "Commersant" that the concept should be developed in 2 months. After that it will take several months to find a hotel operator. The investor plans to invest $ 40 million in the project.
