The real estate development company "REDco" will build Starwood’s W Hotels brand   hotel on Rustaveli Avenue or Vera-Vake  district in Tbilisi.

"REDco" Director General exclusively told "Commersant"  that  the company  is searching for the land plot and area  for construction  and the project is expected  to  commence this  summer. In Mirian Katamadze’s words,  the office premises  are planned to be placed in a  multi-storey hotel in which  the company intends to invest  $ 100 million.

" W hotels" owns  over 46 hotels  in  24 countries.  "REDco" has already  brought  in Georgia  "Starwood’s" another brand  - "Le Meridien" which will be placed in "Batumi Tower"  in the capital of Adjara.
