"Commersant" has learned the new details of   a 30- million multifunctional project that was supposed to be fulfilled in Batumi.

The Georgian New Construction  Company  intended to carry out the project jointly with  the Russian company "Rusich". Today, Director of the Georgian company says that the project  has been reviewed and in this regard, consultations are underway with the government of Adjara.  Roin Beridze notes they have found a new partner, namely  the European company, which expressed its desire to invest in the project. At this stage the businessman  refrains from  telling the name of   the company . In his words, once approval is received , the investor will start construction.

The complex will include a 100-room hotel and other infrastructure.
