The real estate company "Red-co" will sign an agreement to  bring the  international hotel brand "Radisson"  to Gudauri  in  2 months. “Red-co’s" project  manager Malkhaz Kunelauri says that  Memorandum with "Radisson"  has been signed and work on the contract draft is currently  underway. InKunelauri’s words,  the project is scheduledfor completion in 2017.  

“In 2016,  the company will spend $ 15 million on the development of Gudauri. In particular, Red-co will   build another apartment complex, by  the end of the year  the company  intends to bring the global hotel chain" Radisson to the market"- Kinelauri notes. 

"Redco" is actively working throughout Georgia - builds houses and hotels  both in Tbilisi and in the regions.
