Arab Investors to Launch Green Valley City Project in Georgia in Two Months

"Commersant" has exclusively learnt  that Green Valley International Real Estate Group, one of the largest real estate companies in  the United Arab,  will launch the  Green Valley City project in Tabakhmela (Tbilisi suburb)  in  about 2 months. "Commersant"  was told in  the company that  two projects are planned to be carried out , one of the them envisages the creation of  the "Green City" which will  consist of villas and apartments. While the company's second project will involve the construction of  two  identical towers with apartments, offices and some shops. At this stage, the company refrains from specifying the details.

 

Green Valley City project will be set on the area of 88 thousand square meters , 35% of which  will be covered with forest. Modern architecture will be consistent with the highest standards of environmental protection. The project includes 10 buildings, 510 housing apartments as well as  one and two-room studio apartments. There will also be a private residential zone with  the luxury villas. The Arabian company explains that  high-quality recreational services will be  introduced during the project implementation and   the project will include a swimming pool, football, basketball, tennis  courts, public gardens and children's areas, Turkish baths, a supermarket, luxury restaurants, cafes and retail facilities.

 

Late last year, the company's general manager  Ali Saeed Al Salam said  that Georgia is one of the most attractive destinations in Europe for real estate development, the natural environment, social and economic stability, developed infrastructure and attractive initiatives, such as the tax system. The country is also distinguished by favorable natural and strategic location as the country is close to  the Arab world. The project investment cost is $ 136 million.
