RTKL Architectural Bureau (UK) Carried out Project in Batumi

The residential apartment complex of premium class now adorns Rustaveli street in the picturesque town of Batumi, Georgia's main resort. The project of a 20-storey building Hilton Batumi Hotel & Belle Vue Residence was designed by the architectural bureau RTKL (UK). Panoramic windows in 114 apartments overlook  the mountains, the coast and the business center of Batumi.

 

The complex is located in the historical part of the city, 6 km from the International Airport and 7 kilometers  from the train station. The presence of these transport hubs makes Batumi a convenient platform for the further tourism across  Adjara and Georgia.

 

Currently, the complex is fully put into operation, the start of sales has been announced. The apartments can be bought  not only by the citizens of Georgia and Russia, but also other countries. The entire infrastructure at the Hilton hotel  will be available for owners of apartments, including concierge services, two-level parking, a spa complex and a bar with panoramic city views.

 


Over the past decade, Georgia has attracted large investments in infrastructure, and Batumi 
 has completely transformed. The  seaside boulevard, houses  in  the Old Batumi have been  renovated , entertainment and  leisure centers hotels of the world's major brands have been built in the city . In addition, Batumi is actively developing as a new gambling area.
