Booking.com Promises Maximum Support to Georgian Business

The regional office of the online hotel reservation portal Booking.com in Tbilisi will start operating at full capacity in a few months. According to the company’s  representative Irakli Garakanidze , the company opened a temporary office last  May  and   began to operate in Georgia  in November. In early May of the previous year  Booking.com announced vacancies in Tbilisi for the position of  the hotel coordinator and the financial manager.

The company’s administration says they decided to enter the local market  as  the hotel business in Georgia is rapidly growing.
 
Booking.com is an online booking website started as a small start-up in Enschede in 1996, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Booking.com offers online accommodation booking. It claims to have over 630,000 properties globally under contract and that it deals with more than 750 000 room nights reservations per day. Booking.com is available in more than 41 languages.
