Georgian Prime Minister has visited the construction process. Investment of $70 million flowed in Georgia for implementation of the project. “Porta Tower” is a world-class project with its design and construction, which is constructed in line of the highest international standards.

To remind, construction of multifunctional hotel-residential complex “Porta Tower” started in June, 2013. “Porta Tower” is equipped with different size of studio apartments and residential areas with two-three rooms, as well as 12 penthouses with sea and mountain view.

Besides the residential area, “Porta Tower” consists of several buildings. 2-level underground parking is arranged for the residents. 12 trade areas are placed at the zero level. 100-room hotel with a terrace restaurant and Fitness SPA centre will also placed in the complex. Besides that, the project envisages arrangement of café-bars and offices spaces.
