"Tiflis Business Group", which planned  to build "Budapest" hotel in the area adjacent to Vake  park, is going to  launch   four new  projects this year . The company’s  Director Giorgi Zakaidze says that   the hotels and business centers are planned to be built in  Vake,  Vera and Saburtalo districts in Tbilisi. In his words,  the company has submitted an application for a construction permit to the City Hall, however, when a permit is issued by the municipality, is yet  unknown.

 

 

"Tiflis Business Group "  has sold the " Budapest " hotel project  to the American investors in  early 2016. Zakaidze refrains from divulging  the names  of the  investor and intermediary company.  The cost of the deal is also unknown.
