JSC "Axis Towers" has signed an agreement with the world-famous hotel chain Pullman Hotels & Resort. Under the agreement, in  2018a five-star hotel will be opened in the "Axis Towers" building located on Chavchavadze Avenue.

Pullman is the upscale international hotel brand of Accor, the world’s leading hotel operator, present in 92 countries with over 4,400 hotels and 145,000 employees.

A 234-room hotel will host business travelers and employ  up to 250 locals.

In 2006, "Axis Development”  laid the foundation of the first twin-skyscraper in Georgia. The construction of the  project was resumed in 2015 under the joint partnership of "Axis" and Georgian Co-investment Fund.

"Axis Towers" is a project that could become the face  of the  modern Tbilisi and introduce completelynew standards and requirements of lifestyle in Georgia. "Axis Development" was established in 1998 and has carried out 12 projects in the country.

Currently, 46% of "Axis Towers" is completed while construction is scheduled to finish by the end of 2017.

George Kapanadze, Director of "Axis Development", says that  "Axis Towers" will encourage turning the  Chavchavadze Avenue into the center of the city’s business life as well as  will  expand  the tourist zone.

Apart from  “Pullman” hotel,  "Axis  Towers" will include  apartments, office and commercial spaces. Itwill have a fitness and spa center, 25-meter pool with a retractable roof and an open terrace, as well as  premium-class restaurant while a "sky bar" will be located on the top  floor of the tower.

2 500 square meters will be occupied by a leisure and recreation zone.
