“Adjara Group Hospitality” to Open a Multifunctional Complex for Young People

“Adjara Group  Hospitality”  which owns and  operates “Holiday Inn” and “Rooms” hotels  is creating a new type of multifunctional space “Fabrika”  in Tbilisi. According to the architectural company MUA founders who are  the authors of the project ,  their goal was to  revive the area of the "factory" and carry out  its transformation. They say, Fabrika will become a gathering place for young people who love art, for this purpose a platform will be created where they will be able to  share and implement their ideas.

 

 

Fabrika will unite the following spaces: art stores, studios, cafes, bars, hostels, galleries and other public areas. The representatives of the  architectural company note  that the project budget is $ 7 million while  a major part of investments is made by  "Adjara Hospitality”. They add   the project has started and is scheduled to be completed  in July. The new complex is located on Ninoshvili Street in Tbilisi.
