New
hotel, City Avenue, was opened these days on Agmashenebeli Avenue in Tbilisi.
Construct of the hotel cost 12 million lari to Turkish investors, Economy and
Sustainable Development Ministry reported. As it was declared at presentation
of the hotel, it is the pilot project for investors and they plan to open in
near future 4 hotels both in Tbilisi and in regions. These hotels will be
operated by international brands, the Ministry said, noting that one of them,
3-star hotel Ibis on Queen Tamar Avenue in Tbilisi, will be put in operation
already this year.
