Rehabilitation of Beshumi (mountainous resort on Ajara) is planned this year. As Georgian International Investors Association reported, the project is backed by Ajara government, which allocated more than 2 million lari for development of road, water and sewage system in the resort. The project envisages also construction of new administrative building of the resort. Works of such scale were never conducted in the resort, the Association noted. Beshumi (1,850-1,900 m above sea level) is located in Khulo municipality.
