"GIMG", the Georgian subsidiary of the Australian company, which is building a large hotel and entertainment complex in Batumi is still looking for investors. The company’s Director Temur Gamtsemlidze says that this process has been ongoing for 5 years.
In Gamtselidze’s words, negotiations are being heldwith various investors, however, an agreement has not been reached yet, "- says Gamtsemlidze.
The company’s Director notes that the construction is being carried out according to schedule and by the end of the year the complex will be fully completed. At that stage half of the building has already been put into commission.
As for the hotel brand, Gamtsemlidze says this issue will be decided after negotiations with a new partner.
Apart from the hotel, the complex includes entertainment centers, casinos, exhibition, bowling, fitness and spa centers. This is the first project carried out by "GIMG" company , the total project investment volume amounts to $ 150 million.
The construction started in 2009 and the complex is planned to be opened this summer.
