City Hall not Names Investor of Tbilisi Sea Complex   News ArchiveFebruary 16, 2012 Details regarding construction of the largest entertainment - recreation center on the Tbilisi Sea are not specified. According to Tbilisi City Hall, a private investor is carrying out works on the sea and this time the project is being processed. As the City Hall explained, more details would be announced in March. Director General of the Tbilisi Sea Club notes, the road to the sea has been completed and the beach is planned to be arranged as well, but Director General doesn’t possess other additional information. Yacht and golf clubs, casino, restaurants, hotels are planned to be arranged on the territory of the Tbilisi Sea. The City Hall has already begun working on Tbilisi sea development project while the project is meant for 2 years.
