A 5-star hotel will be constructed in the seafront of Ganmukhuri. "Black Sea Riviera" company has introduced the  project to the governor  of   Samegrelo –Zemo Svaneti and local government representatives.

 

The  120-room hotel complex  will include open and closed swimming pools, sports halls  and tennis courts. The company  plans to hold  the  new hotel presentation in the near future. "Black Sea Riviera" was founded in Georgia on March 4,  2016. The company is owned by  “Old City Development" company affiliated with Bidzina Ivanishvili  which in turn is owned by registered in Panama "Frankston International".

 

As reported, “Panorama Tbilisi" project is planned to be carried out  by  "Old City Development" company.
