International real estate companies see big potential for development of 3-4 star hotels in Georgia. 

Director of the hotels and resorts department at the international real estate management company "COLLIERS International" says in  his interview with "Property  Georgia" edition that good work has been carried out by Georgia in the  direction oftourism .

According to the company, the country offers another  proposals  in terms of tourism than 10 years ago. In Mark Finney’s words, in the future demand for the  budget hotels will increase as  potential for their development really exists. He notes that  there are a lot of 5-star hotel projects but the country shouldn’t forget about  3-4-star hotel segment, because most people prefer to pay $ 100 in one night than $ 200.
