A hotel will be opened at the intersection of Kazbegi and Pekini  streets in Tbilisi instead of  the Business Tower as planned earlier.

 

A representative of  the Iranian Green Way company involved in the project  notes  that they decided to open a hotel as it would be more reasonable. In his words, the building was originally intended for commercial spaces and  to alter the building’s design additional investment is required. However, the businessman did not name a specific amount.

 

The hotel is expected to be 4-star and  the technical aspects of the project are being studied at the stage. It was initially planned that a  large object, hypermarket, bank branch or the brand store would be housed on the first two floors of the building.
