Mysterious Guest to Assess Service Quality at Ajara Tourism Facilities

The tourism and resorts department of Adjara continues  the Mystic Guest project . Under the project, Mystic Guest will identify service quality at 150 tourism facilities in Adjara.

 
The Mystic Guest will examine service quality at 8 hotels and 70 food outlets until September. The Adjara Tourism Department will send individual reports with recommendations about the detected shortcomings to owners of tourism facilities.
 
 
The Mystic Guest methodology is considered to be the most efficient barometer for quality assessment in the service sector. The Adjara Tourism Department introduced this methodology in 2014 to determine and improve the service quality.
