"Adjara Group" to Open its First Hostel on September 28

"Commersant" has learned that "Adjara Group" which is Holiday Inn and Rooms hotels operator  will open its  first hostel on September 28. As "Adjara  Group" General Director Valery Chekheria says,  the company decided to open the  hostel as it is among the most demanded services in the country.

 

"A lot of young travelers arrive in the country. In addition, it has become very popular to study  in Georgia. It will be the  youth leisure hub, where they will be able to fun. The hostel will include the cafes and similar  facilities  as well, "- says Chekheria.

 

He adds that the project budget  will be $ 5.5 million.

 

The hostel will be  mainly meant for students and young people, a night in the hostel   meant for 300-400 beds will cost  $ 15.

 

"Adjara Group"  includes the "Holiday Inn", "Rooms Kazbegi", "Rooms Tbilisi" hotels. Currently the Group is carrying  out "Intercontinental" hotel construction, which is planned to  open in the end of next year . Chekheria says that the project will be carried out in  3 stages. The first  stage will be completed next year in March, the second stage - in the late spring of  2017 and the  third stage – will be finished  at the end of  2017. In his words,  "Intercontinental" hotel will cost the company  $ 45 million.
