A new tower will be constructed in Batumi. Dar Building company plans to construct Dar Tower complex in the city.
The company sales manager told the Commersant that the complex consists of 35-floor and 21-floor buildings.
This will be a mini city with full infrastructure and integrated restaurants, hotels, casino, sport club, movie theater, shopping mall, spa and fitness center, swimming pool, children playground and conference hall. Total construction space is 80 000 square meters.
“This will be a hotel-style residential house, where owners will be able to rent their apartments and the company will assist them in this respect”, Nino Palavandishvili noted.
The complex has already started sales and 20 contracts have been signed. Clients are local residents, but Darbuilding management expects foreign citizens to also show interest in the complex.
As to hotel with 310 suites, the operator has not been chosen yet. This may be a foreign brand, but the company owns the network of ERA Palace hotel in the Ajara Region and it is not ruled out that Era Palace brand carry out the complex operation.
The complex foundation has been already laid. The construction works will end in 2 years. Investments volume makes up 22 million USD.
The company says that unlike other similar projects in Ajara, they offer flexible conditions along with 36-month internal installation scheme and the price of a square meter starts from 500 USD.
