According to the Georgian Statistics Service, in the second quarter of 2016 a total of 4 445 million has been invested in the country’s economy ,  in the first half - $  834 million  which is 11% more than in the same period of 2015.

The largest investors in the second quarter were the following companies - IDS  Borjomi, "IDS Borjomi Beveridge", "MagtiCom", "Burji", "Energo Pro Georgia", "TAV Urban - Georgia", "Gino Park ' , "Georgia healthcare Group", "Humanity Georgia", "Black Sea Arena Group."

Georgian Statistics Service reports that  preliminary data for the second quarter  exceed  preliminary data the same period in 2015 by 20% and 4% less than the final data of the period.

A volume of investments in the first half of 2016 exceeds the specified data for 2015 by  11%.
