Investment company "Block Invest"  will invest $ 12 million in the  construction  of Golden Tulip hotel in Tbilisi.

According to the company’s representative Tornike  Janashvili,  the hotel construction is underway and is due to open in the spring of 2017.

In Janashvili’s words,  the hotel will include 80 rooms and will be  located near "Sheraton" hotel.

"Block Invest" is active  in the real estate market. The company will open Park Inn By Radisson hotel in Tbilisi next year.

"Block Invest"  also plans  to develop the hotel business in  the regions.
