Ajara Government Chairman Zurab Pataradze and Ajara Finance and Economy Minister Ramaz Bolkvadze visited the the construction site of 5-star Wyndham hotel in Batumi.

The investment value of the 146-suite hotel exceeds 60 million GEL. Currently, final phase of interior works are underway. The hotel will comprise presidential suites, restaurants, conference halls, nightclubs.

More than 250 persons have been employed in the construction process. After completion of construction works, the hotel will employ more than 500 citizens.

Princess casino will also operate at the hotel.International hotel brand of Wyndham owns more than 7800 hotels in 72 countries.
