Construction of hotel and botanical garden is launched in Ganmukhuri today, – Bidzina Ivanishvili, Former Premier has declared to the media in Rustavi.

“Botanical garden will be built; it should be funded by fund “Cartu”. The idea of botanical garden has been mine. The back line is not green. It is a recreation zone and we would save many species of Kolkhethian plants, many of them are on the verge of extinction. We will bring unique plants all over the world and build a botanical garden”, – Ivanishvili declared.  

To remind, “Black Sea Rivera”, affiliated company with Ivanishvili, will carry construction of 5-star hotel in Ganmukhuri. Investment not less than 10 million GEL should be made in the building of 120-room hotel. The complex will include open and indoor swimming pools, Sport filed and tennis courts. However, the company has acquired the real estate at 2 266 500 GEL from the state by that purpose.
