Green Valley International Real Estate Group, one of the largest real estate companies in the United Arab Emirates, is set to launch two large-scale projects in Tbilisi and Batumi . "Commersant"  was told at the company that  they have  already started to make suggestions to customers as part of the Green valley city project  in the Tbilisi suburb of Tabakhmela.  However, at the stage  the company refrains from specifying the  dates.

"Green City" project will  include villas and apartments. The company's second project envisages  the construction of two 21-storey towers in Batumi  which will include the apartments, offices and shops . The investment cost of the projects reaches  $ 300 million.

“Green Valley City” will be located on the area of 88 000 sq. m., 35% of which will be covered with greenery. The projects will consist of 10 buildings and 510 different types of residential accommodation, including studio,  one and two-bedroom apartments.

Private houses and luxury class villas will be also built within the  project. “Green Valley City” will introduce high quality  recreational services. It is planned to build swimming pools, tennis courts, halls for football and basketball, as well as zones for children, public gardens, Turkish baths, a supermarket, luxury restaurants, cafes and shops.

“Batumi Towers” will be the largest real estate project in Batumi. It will consist of two towers of modern design as well as  a large shopping center the second largest in Batumi.

The Towers will have their own beach on the Black Sea coast and will be  the first residential complex in Batumi to have its own section of the shore.

According to  the company,  the Towers will be  located in the center of  Batumi near all the important sites. The Towers will have  western and oriental restaurants, buildings  will be connected  with each other via  an underground tunnel. There will be  a large swimming pool as well as the indoor pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi . The price will reach the value of $ 1 300-1 500 perone square meter.
