Georgian-Arabian Company to Build a Mini Town in the Region of Saguramo

Georgian Ventures & Investment Ltd (GVI) jointly with the Arabian Salim Ali Al Shamsi Real Estate will build a mini town  of Saguramo Gardens which will cover 35 hectares.



A new mixed-use community being developed over an area of 35 million square feet in Saguramo. It is surrounded by historic sites, mountain ranges, nature reserve and is located a mere 6km from the capital, Tbilisi. The project will have 450 land plots, split into three zones featuring apartments buildings, villas and townhouses. It will offer affordable homes for 5,000 residents while including commercial and retail space.

 
According to the project manager Akbar Qureshi, the company always considers new challenges on international markets, Georgia is safe country and has great potential that is why the company has decided to invest in Georgia. The project is planned to be completed in 4 years , it combines  Georgia’s natural beauty, traditions and culture and focuses  on international clients from  the Middle East and Europe. The official presentation of the project took place in May this year in Dubai. Infrastructure works at the site began in April.
 
 Arab real estate company Salim Ali Al Shamsi Real Estate was founded in 1990; so far the company has implemented projects mainly in the UAE. The Arab company's web site says that  Georgia is a progressive country and in the last 5 years has been considered the number one reformer  country and the  easiest country for doing business in Europe.
